Buggy—Password Reset Doesn’t Work

I wanted to like this app. It seems inviting when you use the free version. Then I made the mistake of purchasing the paid version and could no longer log in. The password reset flow just threw me into an endless loop.

Their support was un-helpful, and they would not refund my purchase or even extend the date due to my inability to log in so it was a total waste of money. I’m still going to try and dispute the charge through my credit card company!
