Liked it when it worked...

I liked this app very much. Used it pretty much everyday. I even paid for the premium features. Then an update to the app was released and now whenever I sign in, the app crashes.

After several emails back and forth, the only thing I have got back is "we are working on it. What phone and OS version are you running?" They released a new version and it still doesnt work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app over and over again with no success.

I work on mobile apps. It shouldnt be this hard to solve crashes like this. There are tools like fabric which give you all of the data you need. No excuse for not knowing about your crashes.

So, I am sad that the app isnt working for me. At this rate, I doubt I will renew my subscription.. In fact I have already turned off auto-renew so I dont get billed.
